World Cup Prediction: USA vs Italy Betting Preview
The USA will be looking to rebound in a big on Saturday as they take on Italy in a must-win game in Kaiserslautern. The Americans, thrashed 3-0 
by the Czech Republic on Monday, need to win to have a chance to advance and will be eliminated with a loss and a point earned by the Czechs against Ghana.
Defender Eddie Pope is fit for the Americans after an earlier worry, but it is likely that the USA will switch to a 4-4-2 and start striker Eddie Johnson. For the Italians, Francesco Totti will play after worries arose over a knee injury suffered against Ghana, while Gennaro Gattuso will make his return to the side from a leg injury. Defender Gianluca Zambrotta could also play after missing the opening victory over Ghana.
